Legends of Slots
Legends of Slots turned out to be a surprisingly relaxing casual game built around spinning reels and theme collections. You tap to start a spin, the reels roll, and your job is to line up matching symbols that fill out little legend-themed sets. Each set you complete unlocks new art and a fresh board layout, so there's a steady drip of things to chase.
The controls are about as simple as it gets, which is the point. One main button, a few menus, and a progress track that shows how close you are to the next unlock. What kept me playing longer than expected was the pacing. Spins are short, the animations have real weight to them, and the sound design clicks in a satisfying way every time a row settles.
It's not a deep game and it doesn't pretend to be. But as something to open for five minutes in a queue, it does the job well. The collection screens gave me a reason to come back, and the themed art is genuinely nice to look at.
